How to clean your browser cache

If some pages of Sportilia have display error, before reporting an error you can try to clear the cache of your browser. The cache is a type of temporary memory very useful, used to improve the performance of your browsing experience. Sometimes it may have some small side effects, which can be solved by resetting this memory.
This operation is completely safe, you will not lose any of your saved data.

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the icon on the upper right corner and select "History" (or CTRL+H)
  2. In the History tab click on the button labelled "Clear all browsing data..."
  3. Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" are checked
  4. Click on "Clear browsing data"
  5. Close and restart the browser

Firefox

  1. Click on the Firefox button on the upper left corner, and then click on "Options"
  2. Select "Advanced" and then the "Network" tab
  3. Click on "Clear Now"
  4. Close and restart the browser

Internet Explorer 9 & 10

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
  2. With your cursor move over the "Security" label and then click on "Delete browsing history..."
  3. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete
  4. Close and restart the browser

Internet Explorer 8

  1. Click the Tools menu and then click on "Delete Browsing History..."
  2. Select "Temporary Internet Files" and then click "Delete"
  3. Close and restart the browser

Internet Explorer 7

  1. Click the Tools menu and then click on "Delete Browsing History..."
  2. Under the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete files..." and confirm
  3. Under the "Cookie" section, click on "Delete cookie" and confirm
  4. Close and restart the browser

Safari for Mac

  1. Click on the Safari label in the menu bar
  2. Select "Reset Safari..."
  3. Click on "Reset"
  4. Close and restart the browser

Safari for Windows

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
  2. Select "Reset Safari..."
  3. Click on "Reset"
  4. Close and restart the browser

If none of the operations listed above will work you can try to use the key combination CTRL + F5 (Cmd + F5 on a Mac) to clear the cache of a single page. If the problem persists you can use the Report button in the upper right to get in touch with us.
